Salumi, Cheese & Wine Pairing, June 13 and July 25, 2009
A very informative and delicious cheese and salumi paring led by John Piccetti and Luigi Lamanna. Featured salumi from Columbus Salame and paired with a selection of delicious wines.
DIRECTIONS: We are located 10 minutes north of Healdsburg. Take Hwy 101 N to Geyserville Ave exit, turn right at the exit stop sign; follow Geyserville Ave into town. Tasting room is on the left , just north of the fire station.
